ARTIST STATEMENT

The ocean has many faces, moods and personalities.

As anyone living near an ocean will tell you, it can become an endless source of fascination. It is impossible to capture anything but a brief never-to-be-repeated moment, and no two people recording that moment will experience the same thing.

In this way, the ocean is like a mirror. It has no image of itself, but simply reflects back what you put into it.
